facilitate 4 change will provide facilitators experienced in both classical Problem Solving as well as alternative approaches such as Appreciative Inquiry, Future Search, Open Space etc. In the Problem Solving approach our facilitators work with you to identify what problems you are having and will take you through 7 stages:

1. Legitimisation
2. Problem Analysis
3. Problem Definition
4. Alternative Generation
5. Evaluation
6. Decision Making
7. Action Planning

In the alternative approaches our facilitators work with you to identify the most appropriate approach to the challenges you are facing. In the case of Appreciative Inquiry they will ask “What is working around here?” – and then take you through 4 Stages:

1. Appreciating and valuing the best of ‘What is’
2. Envisioning ‘What might be’
3. Dialoguing ‘What should be’
4. Innovating ‘What will be’
