Following the continuing success of this programme, Gary Austin and Gary Purser – two internationally renowned Facilitators - come together again to offer you a further opportunity to attend their three-day Facilitator Development Programme designed to provide you with fundamental and profound Facilitation Skills and help prepare you for Certification as a Professional Facilitator.
The programme continues to evolve and has recently benefited by being run in Turkey and Slovenia. This focus on cross cultural facilitation has previously attracted a very diverse international group of participants to the programme which we hope will continue here. The course is highly experiential and participative and focuses on learning by doing and modelling facilitation competencies. Enhanced feedback skills will be developed to enable participants and session leaders to help each other build on their strengths and identify areas for improving personal performance.
This will all take place in a safe and supportive environment, which will be created so that personal exploration, challenge and change can flourish. Both Session Leaders have an international reputation for making personal development and learning interesting, understandable and fun!
By being wholly designed around a Global Standard of Facilitator Core Competencies the programme delivers all the key facilitation skills required to become certified as a Professional Facilitator:-
Participants will also be supplied with a personal Facilitating the Future Manual, which includes a comprehensive range of Tools and Techniques.
